My host already does backups. Why do I need you?
Backups only help after something breaks. We test every update, catch what breaks and fix it. Restoring is our last resort, not your job.
Do I have to move my site to your hosting?
Yes. It's how we can promise response times and fix things fast. We do the migration for you.
What about my premium plugin licenses?
We can cover common premium plugins under our agency licenses, or keep yours current. We never install pirated plugins.
What counts as an edit hour?
Small changes: text, images, a new page from an existing layout, a form tweak. Extra hours are $75, and we ask before going over.
Is there a long contract?
No. A simple agreement with a written SLA, month to month, 30 days notice. When you leave, we hand over everything.
Where is your team?
Safe Hands WP is a US company (DigitalPro Holdings LLC, Wyoming). Our engineers work on US Central Time, so we're awake when your customers are.
Are you ISO, SOC 2, PCI or HIPAA certified?
No. We are not certified or audited. We know these frameworks well and follow their practices (ITIL 4, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and HIPAA) in how we run our service. If you need a certified vendor or a signed BAA, tell us first and we'll be upfront about what we can do.
Do you use AI on my site?
Yes, to review update notes, compare before-and-after screenshots, scan logs for threats and write your monthly report. Every change is reviewed and approved by an engineer. We don't send your customers' personal data to AI tools.
